山西栽培秦艽有效成分的含量测定
Determination of active ingredients in Gentiana from Shanxi
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To establish determination method of active ingredients in Gentiana from Shanxi. Methods:Using gentiopicroside as standard, the content of was measured by UV and Gentiopicroside was detected by HPLC. Results:The content of Iridoids detected by UV was 9.857％, content of Gentiopicroside detected by HPLC was 8.580％. Conclusion:Two methods for detecting active ingredients in Gentiana from Shanxi are simple, repeatability and stability.关键词
