上海真如社区老年人脂肪肝与相关指标的关系及脂肪肝患者中医体质分析
Relationship between fatty liver and relevant indicators in elderly people in Shanghai Zhenru community and physical constitution analysis of fatty liver patients in TCM

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the health status of elderly people in Shanghai Zhenru community, further to explore the TCM constitution of elderly people with fatty liver, and the relations of fatty liver with other indicators. Methods:A total of 1000 physical examination data were selected in 2018, and the TCM Constitution Identification Form was used. The physical examination results were statistically analyzed by using SPSS 21.0 statistical software. Results:Physical examination of the prevalence of chronic diseases among the top five are:fatty liver, hypertension, abnormal electrocardiogram, hypertriglyceridemia, overweight or obesity. The TCM constitution of fatty liver patients among the top five are phlegm-dampness, yin deficiency, qi deficiency, peace, yang deficiency, and damp heat. BMI, triglyceride levels are the indicators that closely related to fatty liver (P＜0.01). Conclusion:The prevalence rate of fatty liver is extremely high in the elderly.The Chinese medicine department of our center should give full play to the advantages of the Chinese medicine in treating diseases. It includes health science popularization education, promotion of effective measures such as traditional Chinese medicine, lipid-lowering tea, acupuncture weight loss, and embedding weight loss. We should give better serve to the community residents and be responsible for the"healthy gatekeeper".关键词
