摘要

Abstract

In this study, two kinds of partitioning measures were used to analyze the beta diversity of the snails in the lakes of mid-lower reaches of the Yangtze River.The first method proposed by Legendre was to explore the individual species contribution to total beta diversity (SCBD) and the single lake contribution to total beta diversity (LCBD).The results showed that the snail distributed in middle number of lakes, such as the Parafossarulus eximius, had the highest SCBD value, and the relationship between the number of lakes occupied by the snail and its SCBD value was hump-shaped.The Huama Lake had the highest LCBD value.There were no significant correlations between the LCBD values and the number of snail species in the same lake.The second approach proposed by Baselga was to partition turnover and nestedness components of beta diversity.Based on multiple-site analysis method, the results indicated that the turnover was main reason contribute to total beta diversity.In the case of pairwise patterns, the proportion of turnover and nestedness was different depended on the pair of lakes.There were some complete turnover and complete nestedness patterns between two lakes.
