利血平对噪声污染性激素水平影响的干预作用
The intervention effect of reserpine on noise pollution sex hormones level

Abstract
In order to study the intervention effect of reserpine on noise pollution sex hormones level, SPF Wistar rats were given different intensity noise stimulation, respectively, and given the reserpine first, then given the same noise stimulation, 1 times a day, every time 30 min, for 20 d.On the 21st day, the blood sex hormones levels were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).The results showed that the level of noradrenaline (NA) in the blood was increased by71.36%, 75.11%and 84.56%respectively, the level of estrogen (E2) increased by 51.68%, 69.28%and 81.28%, the follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) increased by 22.76%, 49.43%and 87.64%respectively, and the differences were significant (P<0.01).Luteinizing hormone (LH) increased by 16.31%, 34.79%, 75.24%, and prolactin (PRL) increased by 16.51%, 36.04%, 60.55%, testosterone (T) was decreased by 9.12%, 20.06%and 68.39%respectively.Except for the T level was increased, other hormones levels were lower than those of the simple noise group.The other hormones levels were lower than those of the simple noise group.The experimental results indicated that noise pollution can significantly affect the level of blood hormone in rats, and reserpine has the function of interfering with noise pollution and protecting the body.关键词
