摘要

Abstract

Research progress on chemical and microbial synthesis of L-phenylalanine was reviewed.First,the chemical synthesis routes and enzymatic methods were discussed.Then,advances of the biosynthesis of phenylalanine via microbial fermentation were summarized,and the catalytic mechanisms of Escherichia coli and Corynebacterium glutamicum were also briefly discussed. The applications of L-phenylalanine biosynthesis were emphatically introduced.Finally, future research and applications of L-phenylalanine in biotechnology areas were also discussed.
