摘要

Abstract

Strains of actinomycetes were screened for their carboxymethyl cellulase (CMCase) productivity.Streptomyces sp. S10 A09 was chosen to be the best producing strain.In order to obtain higher filter paper activity, Plackett-Burman and Center Composite Design of response surface methodology were used to optimize conditions of cellulase production by Streptomyces sp.S10 A09.CMC-Na and (NH4) 2SO4 were the most significant factors improving enzyme production.The Center Composite Design results showed that the optimum medium was as follows:CMC-Na 2.57 g/L, (NH4) 2SO4 11.31 g/L, KH2PO4 0.2 g/L, MgSO4 1 g/L, FeSO4 0.01 g/L.Under the above conditions, the filter paper activity was 125.96 U/mL, 3 times as that before the optimization.
