摘要
Abstract
Febuxostat is a selective xanthine oxidase inhibitor, used to treat hyperuricemia and gout in clinical practice.It is widely used with obvious therapeutic effect and slight side effect.This article provides an overview on pharmacological effects, pharmacokinetics, synthesis method, clinical application and research progress of febuxostat, to provide references to clinician and pharmacy workers.关键词
