基于跨理论模型的牙周病病人健康行为管理的研究
Research on health behavior management of periodontal disease patients based on trans-theoretical model

Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of health education model based on trans-theoretical model on periodontal disease patients.Methods:A total of 340 cases of periodontal disease patients admitted to our hospital in February and May 2016 were selected as the research objects, and were randomly divided into control group (158 cases) and observation group (182 cases).The patients in control group received conventional periodontal treatment and traditional health education method, and the observation group received conventional periodontal treatment and oral health behavior management based on trans-theoretical model construction.Before and after the intervention, two groups of patients with periodontal disease were compared in the stages of behavior change, oral health behavior management level and oral health index.Results:After the intervention, the observation group of periodontal disease patients showed significant progress in the behavioral change stage, and the oral health management level was significantly higher than that in control group, and the oral health index was significantly lower than that in control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.01).Conclusions:Healthy education based on the trans-theoretical model was helpful to improve the oral health management level of patients with periodontal disease and played an active role in the treatment of periodontal disease.关键词
