Abstract
Objective:To explore the evaluation on clinical effect and efficacy of Snyder′s hope theory combined with WeChat platform on postoperative management of laryngeal cancer patients. Methods:A total of 72 cases of laryngeal cancer patients diagnosed and treated in otolaryngology department in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 with complete follow-up data were selected as the study subjects, and were randomly divided into the intervention group (36 cases) and the control group (36 cases). The control group received routine health education and regular follow-up, and the intervention group received rehabilitation nursing based on Snyder′s hope theory under the WeChat platform. The Herth Hope Index (HHI), Exercise of Self-care Agency Scale (ESCA) and Quality of Life Instruments for Cancer Patient-Head and Neck Cancer (QLICP-NC) scores of the two groups were observed before and after the intervention (2 months after discharge), and the effect was evaluated. Results:Before intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in HHI, ESCA and QLICP-NC scores between the two groups (P>0.05).After the intervention, HHI, ESCA and QLICPNC scores of the two groups were significantly improved, and the HHI, ESCA and QLICP-NC scores of the intervention group were significantly different from those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing measures based on Snyder′s hope theory and the WeChat platform could improve the postoperative hope level of patients with laryngeal cancer, improve the compliance of patients with rehabilitation exercise, self-management efficiency, and improve the quality of life.关键词
