Abstract
Objective:On the basis of understanding the status quo of perceived social support and quality of life in breast cancer patients to probe into the effect of resilience in the relationship between them.Methods:A total of 124 breast cancer patients were surveyed by Perceived Social Support Scale, Psychological Elasticity Scale and Quality of Life Scale.Pearson correlation analysis and mediation effect test were used to analyze the relationship among them.Results:Breast cancer patients′perceived social support score was (61.69±11.37), which was at the middle level, while friends′support score was the lowest.The score of resilience was (53.58±19.77), which was at a low level, and the score of optimism dimension was the lowest.The score of quality of life was (84.15±20.23), which was in the middle level.There was a positive correlation between perceived social support, resilience and quality of life (P＜0.01).Psychological resilience played a mediating role between perceived social support and quality of life (P＜0.01), and the mediating effect was 60.6％.Conclusions:The quality of life of breast cancer patients needed to be further improved.It could be directly improved by strengthening the perceived social support, especially the support of friends.It could also be indirectly improved by improving the level of resilience, especially the exercise of strength and character.关键词
