运动疗法对提高干细胞移植病人生命质量的Meta分析
Meta-analysis of exercise therapy in improving quality of life of stem cell transplantion patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of exercise therapy on improving the quality of life of stem cell transplantation patients.Methods:The Cochrane library, JBI library, MEDLINE, EMbase, PubMed, China Biomedical Literature database, CNKI, Wanfang database and relevant professional data were searched, and the RCTs on improving the quality of life of stem cell transplantation patients with exercise therapy were collected for Meta analysis with RevMan 5.3 software.Results:A total of 8 RCTS were included, a total of487 patients.The results of Meta-analysis showed that exercise therapy improved the physical function, emotional function, cognitive function and role function of the stem cell transplant patients, alleviated their fatigue and pain symptoms of the patients, and improved their overall quality[MD=6.37, 95％CI (3.20, 9.53) , P<0.000 1].Conclusions:Exercise therapy could effectively improve the quality of life of patients with stem cell transplantation.关键词
