"滴滴护士"在精神科封闭病房人力应急管理中的应用实践
Application and practice of "Didi nurses" in closed wards human emergency management in department of psychiatry

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the application effect of "Didi nurses" in closed wards′human emergency management in department of psychiatry.Methods:The positions of "Didi nurses" will be set up in the wards, supporting qualification requirements, salary standards and class scheduling guidelines will be required, on August 1 to December 31, 2017, on the basis of the routine APN scheduling and the emergency guidance of nursing personnel for scheduling, "Didi nurses" were introduced to compare the changes of nurses′scheduling satisfaction, work pressure, anxiety and depression before and after the implementation of "Didi nurse".Results:During the implementation of "Didi nurses", the ward issued 24 orders and received 24 orders, and the success rate of receiving orders was 100％.After the implementation of "Didi nurses", scores in 3 dimensions, including the working environment and resources, the workload and practice distribution, as well as management and interpersonal relationship, were higher than those before the implementation, while the scores of anxiety and depression were lower than those before the implementation, and the differences between before and after the implementation were statistically significant (P<0.05 or P<0.01) .Conclusions:The implementation of "Didi nurses" could effectively alleviate the working pressure of nurses, reduce their anxiety and depression, and play an active role in human emergency management of psychiatric wards.关键词
