网络互动教育在口腔癌手术病人护理中的应用
Application of network interactive education in nursing care of patients with oral cancer

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the application effect of network interactive education in nursing care of patients with oral cancer.Methods:A total of 140 patients with oral cancer treated in head and neck surgery from May 2015 to August 2017 were randomly divided into two groups:70 cases in each group.The patients in control group were given routine health education on oral cancer, and the patients in intervention group were given network interactive education on the basis of routine health education.The quality of life and psychological anxiety were measured by the Washington University Quality Of Life scale and the Kester Psychological Anxiety scale before and after operation.Results:Six months after operation, the quality of life score of the patients in intervention group was (1 006.74±108.89) , that in the control group was (961.96±118.67) , the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (t=2.33, P<0.05) .The score of psychological anxiety was (12.27±3.48) in intervention group and (15.00±5.24) in control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (t=-3.63, P<0.05) .Conclusions:Using the mobile tools such as smart phone of patients and family members, the intervention of network interactive education could relive the psychological anxiety of patients with oral cancer, improve the quality of life of patients and promote their overall rehabilitation.关键词
