社区失能老年人长期照护需求的调查研究
Investigation on long-term care need of disabled elderly in community
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To understand the status quo and its influencing factors of long-term care need of disabled elderly in community, and to provide a reference basis for constructing a long-term care service system software.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 220 disabled elderly people registered in 6 community health service centers of Tai′an city by using general information questionnaire, elderly people′s ability assessment form and long-term care need questionnaire.Results:The total score of long-term care service need for disabled elderly was (55.71±10.51) , and the dimension with the highest score was medical health and fitness service.The total score of long-term care need of disabled elderly was positively correlated with the number and ability level of chronic diseases patients.Long-term care service needs of disabled elderly in communities with different ages, education levels, marital status, per capita monthly income, living conditions and economic sources were different, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05) .The number of chronic diseases, age, education levels, marital status, per capita monthly income and ability level in the elderly are the positive factors of long-term care demand, while the living conditions and economic source were the negative factors of long-term care demand.Conclusions:The main factors influencing the long-term care need of disabled elderly are ability level and living conditions.The government and relevant departments should take the needs of disabled elderly as the guide, and according to the influencing factors of needs, build a long-term care service system for disabled elderly that is suitable for China′s national conditions.关键词
