针刺、理疗联合冰柠檬酸刺激对脑卒中后吞咽障碍病人康复效果的影响
Effects of acupuncture and physical therapy combined with ice-citric acid stimulation on rehabilitation effect of patients with dysphagia after stroke

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the effects of acupuncture and physical therapy combined with ice-citric stimulation on the rehabilitation effect of patients with dysphagia after stroke.Methods:A total of 64 patients with dysphagia after stroke admitted from January2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into two groups (32 cases in each) .The patients in control group were given routine treatment, nursing care and early swallowing exercise.On this basis, the patients in observation group were given acupuncture and physical therapy combined with ice-citric stimulation, and the changes of neurological function indexes and intervention effects before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention, the water swallowing test score (2.58±0.27) , Xray deglutition test score (7.54±0.51) and the National institutes of health neurological impairment score (10.20±2.74) in observation group were better than those in control group (3.49±0.34, 6.12±0.49, 14.60±2.87) , and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.01) .The total effective rate in observation group (96.9％) was higher than that in control group (75.0％) , there was statistically significant difference (P<0.05) .Conclusions:Early rehabilitation training including swallowing exercise, acupuncture, physiotherapy and ice-citric stimulation can promote the rehabilitation of swallowing function, reduce the incidence of complications and improve the prognosis of patients with dysphagia after stroke.关键词
