医养结合视角下养老护理知识体系的构建
Construction of old-age care knowledge system from perspective of combination of medical treatment and endowment
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To construct a scientific, systematic and applicability nursing knowledge system.Methods:Literature research method, semi-structured interview method and Delphi method were used to develop and improve the knowledge system of aged care, and the weight of indicators at all levels was determined by AHP.Results:A knowledge system of nursing for the aged with 4 primary indicators, 14 secondary indicators and 52 tertiary indicators was constructed, including theoretical knowledge, vocational quality, vocational skills and vocational management.Conclusion:The scientific and rational knowledge system of nursing for the aged was helpful to the comprehensive implementation of the mode of nursing for the aged.关键词
