上海市部分医院护士工作心理负荷现状及其影响因素分析
Status quo of mental workload of nurses in some hospitals in Shanghai and its influencing factors

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the status quo of mental workload of nurses in some hospitals in Shanghai, and to analyze the related influencing factors, in order to provide relevant suggestions for decision-making of nursing managers.Methods:A total of 1 306 nurses from 4 third hospitals, 3 secondary hospitals and 1 first-level hospital in Shanghai were selected as research subjects using the method of convenient sampling, and the NASA-TLX task load index questionnaire was used for assessment of nurses′mental workload.Results:1.The total score of mental workload of nurses in day shift and night shift was (79.29±14.48) and (82.80±15.48) respectively.The total score of workload of nurses in day shift and night shift was (80.04±14.31) and (82.90±15.49) respectively.2.The ward nurse′s day shift workload was positively correlated with the physical demand dimension score (r=0.075, P=0.010) .3.Multi-factor analysis showed that the weekly overtime, residence, annual income, and child status were the influencing factors of the mental workload of the day shift nurses.Weekly overtime hours and living conditions were the influencing factors of the night shift nurses′mental workload.Conclusions:Nurses have a heavier mental workload.Nursing managers should reduce the impact of overtime on the mental workload of nurses by reducing overtime hours and actively guiding nurses′awareness of overtime.关键词
