基于慕课的"订单式"培养模式在护生实习前强化训练中的应用
Application effect of order-form training model based on MOOCs in intensive training before nursing practice
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of the "order-form" training mode based on MOOCs in intensive training before nursing practice.Methods:The convenient sampling method was used to select 201 nursing students from the nursing undergraduate class in 2013 in our school as the control group, and 144 nursing students from the nursing undergraduate class in 2014 as the observation group.In the intensive training before the internship, the students in control group received the traditional teaching method, and the students in observation group adopted the order-form training model based on MOOCs, to compare the training effect of the two groups.Results:The total scores of learning input and the scores of all dimensions of the two groups of nursing students′skill test scores were statistically significant (P<0.05) .The evaluation of nursing students in observation group was higher than that in control group (P <0.05) .Conclusion:The order-form training model based on MOOCs could stimulate the learning interest of nursing students to increase their learning input and improve their operational skills and operational ability, so as to achieve a good teaching effect.关键词
