中医护理方案在脑梗死急性期后风痰上扰证眩晕护理中的应用研究
Application study on traditional Chinese medicine nursing scheme in nursing care of vertigo with wind phlegm upward invading syndrome after acute cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of TCM nursing scheme in vertigo of wind phlegm upward invading disturbance syndrome after acute cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 80 cases of vertigo patients with wind phlegm upward invading syndrome after acute cerebral infarction were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each.The patients in control group were given routine encephalopathy care.In intervention group, on the basis of conventional nursing, targeted Chinese medicine nursing scheme was implemented, to compare the two groups of patients in hospital time, daily life activities ability, clinical nursing effect, compliance and satisfaction.Results:The score of daily living activity ability of patients in the intervention group (80.32±9.49) , total effective rate of clinical nursing (97.5％) were higher than that in the control group (56.30±7.04, 62.5％) .Patients′compliance and satisfaction with TCM nursing technology were better than that in control group.The length of hospitalization was shorter than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05) .Conclusions:TCM nursing scheme could effectively improve the symptoms of vertigo with wind phlegm upward invading after acute cerebral infarction.关键词
