摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of ultrasound, joint loosening training and fumigation and external application in the rehabilitation of knee joint function in patients with anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction.Methods:66 selected cases were divided into two groups by random drawing. The control group received routine rehabilitation training;the observation group was given ultrasound, joint loosening training, and fumigation and external application training. The HSS and Lysholm scores of knee joint function before and 3 months and 6 months after operation were compared between two groups. The muscle strength compliance rate, joint comfort and clinical rehabilitation were compared between two groups at 3 months postoperatively. The quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.Results:3 months and 6 months after operation, the HSS and Lysholm scores of knee joint function were significantly increased in both groups, and the increase in the observation group was more obvious (P<0.05).After 3 months of postoperative rehabilitation, the compliance rate of the limbs in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the joint comfort and clinical rehabilitation were significantly better that in the control group (P<0.05) ;the scores of SF-36 were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound, joint loosening training, fumigation and external application of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can significantly promote the recovery of knee joint function after ACL reconstruction, improve the joint comfort of the affected limb, and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
