Abstract
Objective:To observe and study the influence of laparoscopic fallopian tubal anastomosis for the ovarian reserve, immune and inflammatory response of patients with fallopian tube obstruction.Methods:80 patients with fallopian tube obstruction were chosen for the research, and they were divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group according to the differences of operation types.The control group were treated by traditional open surgery, the observation group were treated by laparoscopic surgery.Then the effect, ovarian reserve, immune response indexes and inflammatory response indexes before and after the surgery of two groups were compared.Results:The effect of observation group were better than those in control group (P<0.05), the ovarian reserve of observation group at first and third month after the surgery were better than those in control group (P<0.05), the immune response indexes at first, fifth and tenth day after the surgery were better than those in control group (P<0.05), the inflammatory response indexes at first, third and fifth day after the surgery were lower than those of control group (P<0.05), the comparison items of two groups all had statistically significant differences.Conclusion:The application effect of laparoscopic fallopian tubal anastomosis in the patients with fallopian tube obstruction is better, and its bad influence for the ovarian reserve, immune and inflammatory response is smaller, so its application value in the patients with fallopian tube obstruction is higher.关键词
