Abstract
In view of the current situation and problems of private economy development in Shenyang, the institutional environment and factor environment of private economy were analyzed from the perspective of supply side.The countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the environment of private economy development in Shenyang were put forward, mainly including strengthening institutional innovation, stimulating the vitality of private economy development, improving the efficiency of factor supply, and releasing the motive force of private economic innovation and development.关键词
