Renewal Strategy of Old Industrial Zone with Shrinkage Problems:Taking Shenyang as an Example
摘要
Abstract
This paper analyzes the background, causes and government roles of urban shrinkage problem, puts forward the main performance of urban shrinkage problem in Shenyang old industrial zone and the main factors causing the shrinkage, and puts proposes the urban renewal strategy to deal with shrinkage problem:reshaping the image of the city and getting rid of the monotonous industrial characteristics;diversifying the way to enhance the level of public participation;and improving public facilities and the environment to attract population migration.关键词
