Abstract
Taking the Henan Free Trade Zone as a research case, based on the analysis of the economic development of the free trade zone and the characteristics of the required talents, the grey system prediction model was introduced to forecast the demand for"double new"outward-oriented talents in the next five years.On the basis of this data, combined with the local characteristics of the outward-oriented enterprises in Henan Free Trade Zone and the foreign language talent training mechanism of colleges and universities in the province, the paper puts forward the suggestions for the training of"double new"outward-oriented talents in colleges and universities.关键词
