Optimization of Application of Government Claims for Ecological Environmental Damage
摘要
Abstract
This paper analyzes the legal basis of the government's claim right in the compensation system for ecological environmental damage;it points out that the specific government department claims against the responsible person based on the state ownership of natural resources, and its legal basis is not the maintenance of its own"property rights and interests"by traditional civil subjects, but the extension of the national environmental management function;and proposes the optimization measures and recommendations for the government's claim for damage to the ecological environment.关键词
