面向能力需求的军队院校实验教学改革
Experimental Teaching Reform of Military Academies for Capability Requirements

Abstract
The current international strategic situation and the national security environment have undergone profound changes.The reform of national defense and military reform have put forward new requirements for the training of military colleges and universities.This paper proposes an experimental teaching reform idea of capacity-gap-decision analysis.Starting from the post requirements of students in the direction of command and control, a system of command capability requirements was established.The gaps in the teaching of existing experimental courses are compared and analyzed, and the integrated experimental process is designed from the characteristics of the command and control process.Suggestions were made on the experimental content, experimental organization, experimental platform and integrated environment.The teaching method is more in line with the students' innovative practice ability.关键词
