摘要

Abstract

It aims to fully mobilize students' enthusiasm for learning, effectively improve their mastery of theoretical knowledge and practical skills.Taking the food microbiology experiment course as an example, this paper explores and reforms the curriculum by integrating teaching content, enriching teaching methods, and strengthening practical operations.Teaching reform of food microbiology experiment course to achieve the knowledge, skills and quality of students engaged in food microbial development and testing, so that students can meet they can meet the requirements of the applicable unit.
