摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the current "processing technology of agricultural products" experimental project and of limited time, single content and form of practical teaching, backward teaching concept, the actual teaching effect and expected teaching effect have a large gap.The framework of the practical teaching system of "processing technology of agricultural products" based on engineering capacity was constructed.The design ideas and operation modes of comprehensive development practice teaching are expounded.At last, the mode was applied in "processing technology of agricultural products".The result shows that it has achieved a good effect.The comprehensive practice and innovation abilities and engineering attainment for the students are improved.
