乌苏里瓦韦对小鼠镇咳、祛痰作用研究
Antitussive and Expectorant Effects of Lepisorus Ussuriensis in Mice
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the antitussive and expectorant effects of Lepisorus ussuriensis in mice, and to discuss the anti-inflammatory mechanism.Mice were randomly divided into control group, positive drug group, high, medium and low dose L. ussuriensis groups (1.6 g/kg, 0.8 g/kg, 0.4 g/kg). The methods of ammonia cited cough, tracheal phenol red excretion and tracheal instillation LPS were respectively used in the study, and some index such as the cough incubation period and cough frequency, tracheal phenol red secretion, the levels of IL-6, IL-1 and TNF-were than determined.The incubation period of cough has been prolonged, the frequency of cough has been reduced and the secretion of phenol red has been increased significantly in the high and middle dosage groups of L. ussuriensis (P < 0.05, P < 0.01). The inflammatory cytokines such as IL-6, IL-1 and and TNF-in serum were also decreased significantly (P < 0.05, P < 0.01) in these two groups.L. ussuriensis has the good antitussive and expectorant effects, and the anti-inflammatory effect may be one of the mechanisms.关键词
