Abstract

In order to regulate the processing technology of the Pieces of Asarum heterotropoides Fr.Schmidt var. mandshuricum (Maxim.) Kitag., the attenuating process of the pieces was investigated. In this study, taking the rinsing time, soaking time, drying temperature, drying method (dry and drying) and drying time as the investigation factors, taking aristolochic acid I, aspartate, extract, water content and volatile oil as indicators, the processing parameters of the Pieces of A. heterotropoides Fr. Schmidt var. mandshuricum (Maxim.) Kitag. were determined. The results shows that after the 5 min rinsing, the sirloin is cut into sections, 24.6 ℃dry 24 h or 5 min rinse, cut into sections, 25.0-35.0℃8 h drying, you can get the Pieces of A. heterotropoides Fr. Schmidt var. mandshuricum (Maxim.) Kitag. that meet the requirements; When the rinsing time of A. heterotropoides Fr. Schmidt var. mandshuricum (Maxim.) Kitag. is increased to 48 h, 24.6 ℃dry 48 h, the attenuating process of the saponin of the Pieces of A. heterotropoides Fr. Schmidt var. mandshuricum (Maxim.) Kitag. can be obtained. The processing technology studied in this paper is more practical in actual production, at the same time, by adjusting the processing parameters, the content of aristolochic acid I in the pieces can also be reduced, and the effect of attenuation can be achieved.
