止痛化癥胶囊的HPLC指纹图谱研究

Abstract
The HPLC fingerprint of Chinese medicine compound Zhitonghuazheng capsule was established to control the quality of different batches. Column: UniSil? 5-120 C18 Ultra (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 m); mobile phase: acetonitrile-water (containing 0.05％ formic acid); flow rate: 1.0 mL/min; injection volume: 20 L; Temperature: 30 °C; detection wavelength: 280 nm; similarity evaluation of fingerprints according to the "Chinese medicine chromatographic fingerprint similarity evaluation system 2004 A version" issued by the National Pharmacopoeia Commission. As a result, the HPLC fingerprint of Chinese herbal compound Zhitonghuazheng capsule was established, and 32 common chromatographic peaks were identified, and 7 chromatographic peaks were identified. The similarity values of fingerprints of 10 batches of Zhitonghuazheng capsule and control fingerprints were all above 0.95. The HPLC fingerprinting method for the established Chinese herbal compound analgesic capsules has good precision, reproducibility and stability. The HPLC fingerprint of the first-established Chinese medicine compound Zhitonghuazheng capsule not only provides a new scientific basis for the identification and quality control of Zhitonghuazheng capsule, but also has important significance for the quality evaluation of Zhitonghuazheng capsule.关键词
