大豆淫羊藿骨碎补片增加骨密度功能实验研究
Experimental Study on Increased Bone Mineral Density of Soybean Epimedium and Drynaria Tablets

Abstract
The effects of soybean epimedium and drynaria tablets on bone mineral density and bone calcium content in rats were investigated.Sixty female Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: sham-operated control group, positive control group, model control group, and low-, medium-, and high-dose groups of soybean epimedium.The above groups of rats were intragastrically administered daily at a dose of 10 mg/kg of rat body for 12 weeks. Rat body weight was weighed and recorded once a week.After 12 weeks, the right femur bone mineral density and bone calcium content of each group of rats were determined.The data showed that the bone mineral density and bone calcium content in the high dose group were significantly higher than the model control group (P < 0.05). It is indicated that the soybean Epimedium sclerotium has the function of increasing bone density in rats.关键词
