Abstract
To investigate the effects of Rhodiola propolis soft capsule on anti-hypoxia test and mouse weight of mice. SPF ICR male mice weighing 18-22 g were selected.Mice were given rhodiola propolis extract capsules by gastric filling method for 30 days at the doses of8.33 mg/ (kg·d) , 83.33 mg/ (kg·d) , 250 mg/ (kg·d) , respectively.The anti-hy poxic effects of the capsuleswere examined on three different types of hypoxia model mice. It was found that rhodiola propolis extract capsules delayed death of hypoxic mice at room pressure and prolonged the survival time of mice subjected to NaNO 2.No effect of rhodiola extract capsuleson the growth of mice was observed. Rhodiola propolis soft capsule has the function of increasing hypoxia tolerance in mice within a certain dose range.关键词
