顶空固相微萃取气质联用法分析保心宁片中挥发性成分
Analysis of Volatile Constituents of Baoxinning Tablets by HS-SPME-GC-MS

Abstract
The composition volatile constituents in Baoxinning tablets were investigated and a rapid method for the analysis of volatile constituents in Baoxinning tablets was established. The volatile constituents of Baoxinning tablets were extracted by headspace solid-phase micro-extraction method. The chemical composition of volatile constituents of Baoxinning tablets were identified by gas chromatographymass spectrometry. The relative content of constituents was determined by area normalization method. Thirty-six compounds were identified. The main volatile constituents of Baoxinning tablets were ketones, aldehydes and phenols.This study revealed the pharmacodynamic basis of Baoxining tablets from the perspective of volatile constituents. It provides scientific basis for its clinical application.关键词
