摘要
Abstract
A method for the determination of Paeonol in Qingmafangfeng mixture by high performance liquid chromatography was established. Chromatographic column:WondaSil C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 m);mobile phase:acetonitrile-water (40:60);detection wavelength:274 nm;flow rate:1.0 mL/min;column temperature:25 ℃.The average recovery of paeonol was 99.28％ and RSD was 0.77％ in the range of0.010 80-0.064 49 g. The content of Paeonol in Qingmafangfeng mixture was determined by HPLC. The method is simple, reproducible, stable and reliable.关键词
