高效液相色谱法同时测定骨密度片中6种大豆异黄酮和淫羊藿苷的含量
Simultaneous Determination of Six Soy Isoflavones and Icariin in Bone Mineral Density Tablets by HPLC

Abstract
Simultaneous determination of seven active ingredients in soybean density by increasing the bone density by using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) , daidzein, genistein, daidzein, daidzein, genistein and icariin. The water-phosphoric acid (pH=3) (A) :acetonitrile (B) was used as the mobile phase, and the gradient elution of the seven components was good. The contents of daidzin, daidzein, genistein, daidzein, daidzein, genistein and icariin were determined to be 0.36 mg/g, 0.038 mg/g, 0.32 mg/g, 0.31 mg/g, 0.065 mg/g, 0.079 mg/g, 0.81 mg/g. The method is simple in operation, high in sensitivity and strong in specificity, and can be used for increasing the quality control of the active ingredients in the bone density sheet关键词
