摘要

Abstract

High speed railway construction is characteristic of large investment, complex technology and high standards.The potential risks in high speed railway station design process can greatly affect the project progress and quality.However, few researches have been focused on the risk management in high speed railway station design process.Based on Risk Management Gate Theory, the high speed railway station design process is divided into six risk management gates:preliminary feasibility study, project feasibility study, design scheme optimization study, preliminary design, developed preliminary design and construction drawing design.Then, threshold inspection is conducted to judge whether every risk management gate is up to the control standard before the risk management system for high speedrailway station design process is established.The risk management system is applied in construction drawing design of AnQingXi Station on Anqing-Jiujiang High-speed Railway to verify its practicality and effectiveness.The risk management system of high speed railway station design process has made up for the inefficiencies in related research areas.Being conducive to exploring risk management method of high speed railway station design process, it plays an important role in improving the design quality, controlling design risks and promoting the development of risk management research on high speed railway design process.
