Abstract

Taking the tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) cultivar 'Dives' as test object, the effect of the straw biological reactor on the facility environment, tomato growth, quality and yield was studied by using the built-in straw biological reactor. The results showed that the straw biological reactor could increase the greenhouse CO2 concentration and air temperature compared with CK, The greenhouse CO2 concentration reached the highest at 7:00 in the morning, which were higher than CK by 825 ~1 162.7 mg·kg-1, while the air temperature were the highest at 14:00, increased by 0.7~2.3 ℃. The Vc content was the highest under T3 treatment for 135.2 mg·kg-1, and increased by 2.7% compared with CK, there was no significant difference among each treatment. The change trend of soluble sugar content was similar to that of Vc content. The organic acid content of CK was the highest for 0.38%, there were significant difference among each treatment. The sugar-acid ratio under T1 treatment was the best for 8.46. The tomato yield of each treatment were121 236.0~127 227.0 kg·hm-2, which was 3.21%~8.31% higher than CK.
