Study on the Pressed Flower and Drying Process of Agapanthus praecox

摘要

Abstract

With the same opening degree of Agapanthus praecox flower as material, this study investigated the best drying and pressing method in simple drying, microwave drying, iron drying and oven drying. The results showed that the iron drying method was the fastest one, followed by microwave drying method, oven drying and simple drying methods were the slower. Based on the quality and drying time of dried flower, the best drying and processing method of Agapanthus praecox flower was microwave drying with 40 second per time and 5 times in total.
