Abstract
China's rural environmental pollution problem is increasingly prominent, mass incidents, the effective governance of environmental pollution can not be separated from the public's orderly, rational participation, public participation in environmental pollution control was achieved rural social public affairs of the inevitable requirements of effective governance. Zhejiang Dongyang painting brook "4.10" environmental protection incident has aroused widespread concern of the society, was an example of rural environmental protection incidents, through the analysis of cases, universal issues was explored, including the public participation in rural environmental pollution control in the chaos, participation lag, participation in laws and regulations are not perfect. The countermeasures to solve the problems was suggested, including to strengthen the publicity and education work of environmental protection knowledge and governance theory, to publicize government information, to improve the responsiveness and to perfect relevant laws and regulations.关键词
