摘要

Abstract

Residue dynamics of dimethomorph and ametoctradin in pepper and soil were studied to evaluate their using safety.A field trial was performed, and the target pesticides were determined by UPLC-MS/MS. The decline rules of dimethomorph and ametoctradin in pepper and soil followed the first order chemical reactions dynamics equation, and their half-lives were 1.8 ~4.6 d and 7.4~23.3 d in pepper and 6.6~12.8 d and 3.6~7.0 d in soil respectively. The final residues measured were <0.04~0.58 mg·kg-1 and 0.06~0.27 mg·kg-1 in pepper, <0.01~0.98 mg·kg-1 and 0.01~0.18 mg·kg-1 in soil. The residues of dimethomorph and ametoctradin detected in pepper and soil were all less than the maximum residue limit of GB/T 2763-2016. Correct use under specification would not cause pollution of residues in pepper and soil.
