天然柿霜上的真菌多样性研究
Study of Fungi Diversity on Natural Persimmon Frost

Abstract
Persimmon frost was formed in a completely open environment that allowed for free access to the exposed medium by diverse airborne fungi, with sugar of the surface as nutrition resources. This study collected 12 persimmon pie samples from Fuping, Gongcheng, Linqu and Yuncheng, using direct separation and dilute separation method to isolate fungi on persimmon frost, and 30 species belonging to 20 genera were obtained. Among them, Penicillium, Cladosporium and Alternaria, which were abundant in most samples, could be considered the predominant genera in persimmon frost. A large amount of Saccharomycetes was acquired, among which Metschnikowia, Debaryomyces and Cryptococcus were abundant, existing in many samples. The study found that persimmon frostcollected from different regions formed in a unique and high fungi diversity.关键词
