Formula Optimization of Sonchus oleraceus L. Vegetable Paper Adhesive

Abstract
In this study, Sonchus oleraceus L. vegetable was selected as the research object. CMC-Na, sodium alginate, gelatin and soluble starch were selected as adhesives, and orthogonal test design (four factors and three levels) was carried out. The sensory evaluation was used to determine Sonchus oleraceus L. vegetable paper adhesive. The results showed that the optimal formulation was 0.4%CMC-Na, 0.6% sodium alginate, 0.3% gelatin and 2.0% soluble starch. Under these conditions, the vegetable paper of Sonchus oleraceus L. vegetables was green, paper-forming, sticky, easy to expose, and brittle.关键词
