中国省际环境技术效率及收敛性分析
Analysis on Efficiency and Convergence of China's Interprovincial Environmental Technology

Abstract
This paper uses non-parametric DEA model and introduces directional distance function to measure the environmental technology efficiency of 30 provinces in China under various industrial pollutants from 1991 to 2015. And the paper also carries out the convergence test on the growth differences of environmental technology efficiency in different regions. The results show that in the study period, the efficiency of environmental technology is the highest in eastern China, which leaves that in central and western China far behind; in the east, the environmental technology efficiency shows a gentle rising trend, while in the central and western regions, there is a U-shaped growth trend; there is conditional convergence in the whole country, the east, middle and west; however, due to the different economic conditions and characteristics of each region, the convergence rate is different, and only the central region has the"club convergence"effect.关键词
