摘要

Abstract

On the base of the analysis for material operation of sintering mixture and the definition of sinter burn-through point, the control strategy of ADRC (Active Disturbance Rejection Controller) was introduced, and the control parameters of ADRC were optimized by CPSO (Chaos Particle Swarm Optimization), so as to realize the control for trolley speed and its ratio with speed of round roller feeder during sintering process.In order to determine the sinter burnthrough point accurately, and improve the efficiency of sintering, taking the grey value of the image of material layer section in the rear of sinter machine as basic data, an empirical formula for judging sintering state and providing feedback control quantity was proposed.By combining the empirical formula with the controller of auto disturbance rejection, the coordinated control between speed increment of trolley and speed ratio increment was realized.On the basis of grey data of flame image, the trolley speed and speed ratio for four days were adjusted to obtain the curves of trolley speed and roller speed with the same change trend.The results show that the method constructed in this paper is effective.
