摘要

Abstract

Pt (NH3) 4Cl2 was added as precursor of Pt in the in-situ synthesis of sodalite with different n (Si) ∶n (Al) ratio to prepare different n (Si) ∶n (Al) ratio of samples with good Pt encapsulation.The Pt@SOD samples were characterized by XPS, EDS and so on as having good Pt encapsulating effect, with trace amount of Pt on sodalite surface.The Pt@SOD series was further used in the direct synthesis of hydrogen peroxide (DSHP) from hydrogen and oxygen reaction to prevent the side reaction of H2 O formation, which is due to the good effect of Pt encapsulation and SOD pore size about 0.28 nm to prevent O2 contacting with Pt particles.The H2O2 selectivity of Pt@SOD- (Ⅱ) -Si:Al=3 mixed with n (Si) ∶n (Al) =25 HZSM-5sample at 2 ℃DSHP reaction for 1hwas 44%.
