晕痣与白癜风的相关性及祛除晕痣中央痣对疗效的影响
Correlations between halo nevi and vitiligo and the effect of removing central nevus of a halo nevus on clinical outcomes

Abstract
Objective To study the correlations between halo nevi and vitiligo and to explore the curative effect of eliminating the central nevus of a halo nevus. Methods The clinical data on patients with halo nevi treated in the Department of Dermatology of our hospital between July 2010 and October 2017 was collected and analyzed statistically. Results The average age of 144 cases of halo nevi was (20. 69 ± 12. 73) years, among whom there were 118 cases of single skin lesions (81. 94%) and 26 cases (18. 06%) of multiple skin lesions. The halo nevi occurred in the trunk (48. 62%) and face and neck. (41. 44%). Among the 125 patients with vitiligo, 108 (86. 40%) were non-segmental and 17 (13. 60%) were segmental, and the duration of the disease was longer when compared with patients with simple halo nevi (P = 0. 014). The clinical outcomes of 106 patients with vitiligo were followed up. The curative effect of eliminating the central nevus of halo nevi was better than that of the non operative treatment group (P = 0. 001), but there was no statistically significant difference between the two methods of CO2 laser or surgical of central nevus of halo nevus (P = 0. 694).The overall effective rate was 91. 67% in 17 patients with halo nevi who had the central nevus eliminated, which was significantly better than that of the non operative treatment group. Conclusions Halo nevus with a single lesion is frequently seen in adolescents, which occurs more frequently in the trunk and face and neck. Most of the halo nevi associated with vitiligo are non-segmental. The elimination of the central nevus can accelerate the regression of halo nevi and vitiligo.关键词
