Abstract
Fan Zhongyan spent his entire life as an official in all parts of the country, attaching great importance to the development of education, and making outstanding contributions to the academic development of the Song Dynasty.It is advocated that the establishment of schools to train talents would change the customs and would achieve the rule of the world.The development of education firmly should be linked with the development of the talents.It is significant to respect teachers and stressing, pay attention to discovering and select famous teachers to teach, advocate Confucian classics in teaching content, and insist on morality and talents as the leader in talent education selection.In the teaching practice, teaching students should be in accordance with their aptitude, taking the lead in making good words and deeds, advocating morality, and setting an example.The reform of the imperial examination attaches importance to practical learning, the establishment of Wuju, development medicine and other specialties, and the cultivation of practical talents with professional skills.As the pioneer of the education reform in the Song Dynasty, Fan Zhongyan's educational achievements and outstanding educational thoughts and practices influenced the learning style and moral style of the entire Northern Song Dynasty, which had a major impact on the development of Chinese education and offered many valuables for future generations, and essential experience and enlightenment for China's education..关键词
