The Construction of the Peasant Workers' Fair System Based on the Concept of Government Governance

Abstract
Since the 18 th National Congress, China has entered a new era. As a provider of public services and a manager of public affairs, the government should adapt to the needs of the times and carry out functional transformation. Under the guidance of the socialist fairness and justice, the Chinese government has continuously expanded the scope of public services, improved the quality of services, and continuously expanded the participation of the masses in management channels. However, the group of peasant workers still have unfair public services, public product sharing is not in place, and public management participation channels are not smooth. It is an important path for the government to provide public services for peasant workers to adhere to the top-level design and comprehensive arrangement, and gradually integrate peasant workers into basic public service objects at different levels, realize the transformation of community functions, and attract more peasant workers to participate in the democratic management of urban life.关键词
