The Necessity and Path Analysis of the Construction of Rural Social Legalism
摘要
Abstract
The legalization of rural social governance is the basis and guarantee for rural revitalization. At present, our rural social governance faces the dilemmas of lack of legal cultural tradition, the authority of the rule of law, legal guarantee system, and individual law-abiding concepts. Establishment of the concept of legalism in rural society is an important path to realize the modernization of rural social governance. On account of the dual nature of the legalization and governance, grassroots judicature plays an important role in shaping the concept of legalism in rural society.关键词
